Customer Oriented
Having a deep understanding of customer desires, we have designed our equipment, including the draglines to reflect what the customer prefers best. To this end, our draglines are fitted with different boom lengths so that customers can pick whatever suits their needs.

The Roller Circle And Roller Path
The roller circle is oriented to have a large diameter. This makes for a low level of loading in the structure supporting the rail pad. Consequently, there is an increase in the reliability of the deck structure and the tub.
Additionally, the swing rack gear’s internal design allows for an optimised sharing of loads between the teeth and the pinion. Further, there are roller bushings that self-lubricate and steel, which has been subjected to special processing to extend the roller and rail life. The rack is also of a large diameter to cut down the load of the gear and pinion.
Easy Maintenance Of The Dragline
In the course of use, our draglines show to be one of a kind. To make maintenance a smooth task, Komatsu draglines have been pieced together with thoughts for maintenance runs in mind. There are sizable stairs which supply unhindered access to the various compartments or levels in the equipment. Similarly, there are hooks that make it easy to set up or move cases.
The headroom beneath the deck is designed to have a generous space to allow an operator to inspect the rails, swing racks and the railers. Maintenance can also be done on them easily as a result of this. To complete the whole design, we also make sure that the containment for grease and oil within the roller circle is retrieved using felt paper to make for an environmentally considerate and easy disposal.
Gradual Tub
The gradual tub is one of a superior design. The load-bearing capacity has been increased using a ratio where the strength is greater than the weight. It can reach farther as well. The gradual design has numerous paths by which it can load such that weak points are crossed out and the lifetime of the tub is longer. Our Verti-shield technique of welding links all the connected plates with one weld, preventing distortion and stress.
Swing
Here, our engineers have spared no effort either. Our swing designs’ superiority ensures that power is transmitted more efficiently to prevent loss of friction and any backlash. The transmissions were also oriented so that they can handle demanding mining conditions.
